Final consent received from Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust for local conservation scheme

Final consent has been granted by Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust for Studio Catenaccio’s project rebuilding a Grade-II Listed screen wall in the area. The brick wall and arches were at risk of collapse due to cracking following ground movement, and were restored by rebuilding the piers on new concrete footings from the ground up, while supporting retained arches and upper wall on a temporary structure. The project was completed earlier this month.
