Planning granted for house renovation project in west London Conservation Area

Listed Building Consent has been granted by the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham for Studio Catenaccio’s proposals for a Victorian terraced house in the Crabtree Conservation Area. Works include replacement of the existing tile roof with slate, three new roof lights, and a Juliet balcony to the rear, along with refurbishments and window replacement to the front elevation and a new front garden design. The project is ongoing, with Studio Catenaccio appointed through construction.
