Listed Building consent received for conservation scheme in Hampstead Garden Suburb

Listed Building Consent has been granted by the London Borough of Barnet for Studio Catenaccio’s proposed works to rescue a Grade-II Listed screen wall in Hampstead Garden Suburb, currently at risk of collapse due to ground movement. Care was taken at every step to make it possible to return the wall to its original appearance, from brick-by-brick survey of the original wall before dismantling, to brick and mortar matching and gentle steam cleaning. Consent for the works was previously granted by the local conservation body, Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust, in February.
